Project description
The project is conceived as a residential building within the transformation area of the former Ziegelei site in Oberwil. The proposal explores a clear volumetric structure within the constraints of the existing Quartierplan,
combining residential units with ateliers at ground level. The architectural approach balances density, spatial generosity, and integration into the industrial and landscape context of the site.
